i took 1.5 mg of clonazepam and went out to social, thinking i would be able to be charming and cocky without anxiety making me... freeze up?
but i found once i started acting confident i felt anxious and started becoming hypersensitive to physical symptoms (like "oh no .. is she noticing my nervous gulp" etc etc)
i don't know if more clonazepam would do it, or if i just can't be my charming self without more serotonin
