Still talking and screaming

My daughter has been on Abilify now for almost 3 months. She still is rapidly talking to herself as well as screams at times. Than on the positive side she is more alert and that.

Now her psychiatrist has retired and we have to find a new one. Great! I really am frustrated at the moment. Could he/she put her on something new? Perhaps add another med along with this? Any suggestions? HELP
