Hi IsoM,
I've been using Enada NADH too, and (to my surprise) it actually does seem to increase my energy level and motivation. It's relatively inexpensive in the U.S. (around $15 for a 1 month supply, at 5 mg/day). www.iherb.com is a good source, and I think they ship to Canada.
