Am I cycling? Very Depressed tonight

okay, today and tonight I have been very depressed-soooooooo unusual for what I have been posting about my mania. I am not going to take the Effexor tonight. I can't. I am going to write down everything for my pdoc and show it to her Friday in case I forget. which I prob wont.
can anyone give me THEIR opinion about trying Celexa again rather than continuing this Effexor? I have done some thinking.............................The Effexor doesn't seem to be working lately OH NOOOO please help
