Yes the tiredness does go away! My first 2-3 weeks were ABSOLUTE HELL with all the side effects. Called in sick at work the whole second week - had flu like symptoms and could NOT function. Slept all nite and then lay on the couch all day and could not motivate.
Thankfully that went away. Now into week 8 and no side effects, all have gone away. But, still have bad days and some good days, just seems more "even", not so much extremes of being angry or depressed.
