Lamictal dosage timing question

Does it matter when one takes Lamictal? I am building up to a therapeutic dose. I'm currently at 125mg daily. Do I take it all at night. Should I be taking it in the A.M.? Does it wear off during the course of the day? How long does it take to metabolize?
