Thanks for the reply. I spoke with my pdoc this morning, and it looks as if I'm sticking with the Darvon for now. If the pain gets any worse or the Darvon ends up being insufficient, he assured me there are a few options left (morphine, levorphanol, pentazocine). And of course pregabalin when it comes to market. Thanks again!
