Effexor dosage increase make a difference?

My pdoc just increased my Effexor from 150mg to 225mg. I am also taking Zyprexa 5mg. He wants to increase my Zyprexa also, but one at a time. At 5mg the Zyprexa I have a very hard time getting up in the morning. It seems the Zyprexa kills my motivation too. My question is this: Has anyone noticed a difference with 75mg increase with Effexor?
