Do you get little zing with med kicking in?

I have this before and was wondering if anyone else has had this experience.
I feel like a panic attack and get hot kinda burny feeling. I just upped my lexapro to 30
a few days ago.
It's like my chemicals are zinging!
Years ago when it happend I thought I was freaking out but I was the storm before the calm because within a day or two I would be feeling good.
Just curious.. anyone?
