A while back there was a discussion on this list about Soy Sauce and MAOIs. Someone had found a study of different soy sauce brands and their tyramine contents. I know it vary wildly. Does anyone recall that information or is the original poster still around?
(I tried a search of past messages but couldn't find anything.)
