I have only taken Lex so can't speak for other meds.
I had TERRIBLE SE's at first, BAD depressions and anxiety week 4 and 5
Did not feel "better" until week 9, Lex has helped even out my life if that makes sense, the lows are not SOOOOO low and highs not so MANIC, and I'm better able to deal with it all, whereas befor I would just be a mess.
GOOD LUCK TO US ALL!!!! And if you are just starting out... deffinitely give Lex at least 8 weeks befor you make any judgements about if it will work for you or not.
