Ame, what country are you from? As an American I can't give you advise if you are from France.
Just kidding lol :)Lexapro often starts to work in a couple of days. There is nothing wrong with going up to 30 mg, but is that because you feel that you need more than 20? I wouldn't automatically plan to increase to 30 unless 20 was not working very well since the potential for side effects may increase with a higher dose.
