Am I correct in my calculations and do you think it could work?Well, you're a little high (600 x 34% is 204, and you're aiming for 160 to duplicate the bioavailability of the glycinate), but if you're tolerating the dose (no diarrhea), that's great.

The only conditional is the 34% figure. That depends very much on stomach acid, and we're all quite variable in that regard. You could get half of 34%, or half again that 34%. Nothing wrong with either, just looking at the assumptions a little bit.
