Ace- That also seemed to be my case too. I only take 0.25mg Xanex as needed. It does wonders for my anxiety but it always makes me feel down and kind of blah. I don't know what it is. I guess for the moment I would rather be down then feeling like my heart is going to jump out of my chest. Peace.
