News Update :
Saw a professional ( erm ...) I'm staying on efexor..getting neurontin slowly increased..and if I become a naughty girlie lithium added..
Aparently I have a dx now..but twas said not really stable- dysthymia + rapid bipolar.
Wish I had the assessment videod for prosperity--
And now for the weather...Mild with intermittent sunshine.
