Hi dude,
Without a doubt the Lithium, once it reached .6 really made the derealization/fear/anxiety worse. it stopped shortly after I ceased Lithium. Basically I think it was a consequense of 5-HT overload. The same thing happened before on Anafranil - I had a dose of Luvox 12 hours befor I took Anafranil - then after the Anafranil the D/R was greatly worse. I took Anafranil months before with no serotonin agonist in my blood and I had no probs. These were only 1 and 2 days on Anafranil, BTW.
