Hi Denise.. I'm going to answer this one, too... In a clincal trial, they have to exclude everyone with a history of seizures, because that's the way the protocols are written, but doctors using it in private practice can use their own discretion in making treatment decisions. Perhaps the doctor in private practice there is the one to consult. I would be completely honest about the one seizure in your history, so that they can be alert to giving you the protection you need if you do have one while being treated. If they are doubtful, you could suggest that the doctor FAX Dr. Hutto- he's so cool and relaxed about seizures! I think I put the FAX number for him in a post to SLS somewhere near here. FAX is the best way to reach him.
