An inability to feel reward, which is extremely similiar to an inability to feel pleasure(anhedonia), signifies a lack of
activity in the mesolimbic cortex of the brain. Chemicals that raise dopamine levels or activate the dopamine system should help greatly. Medication - Wellbutrin, Ritalin, Mirapex, Dexedrine, Adderall, Levo-Dopa (could also be considered a supplement), H1 antagonist anti-histamines (benadryl, vistaril, phennergan), Nardil, Parnate... probably others I am forgetting.

Supplements - NADH, SAM-e, TMG, B Vitamins, Fish Oil, L-Theanine, possibly L-tyrosine and L-phenylalaine (probably won't be very helpful), DHEA... probably others I am forgetting.
