I was Squigglatrix for a while.

Well, matching the drug to the person - ok -
the person does have a condition which is
bothersome, and that is was what i meant -
that the drug is targetting that condition.

Most of the drugs i mentioned more or less
targeted the depression (imipramine being the best)
but left the person with the side effects
of

insomnia
anxiety
irritability
diarrhea
stomach aches
inability to concentrate
anger
social phobia

- this is not to say that this drug will not
have side effects - but the most important
ones (anxiety and insomnia) are tackled.
That is a clear victory.
