I have had the same problem with being extremely tired
during the day since going from 10mg to 20mg of Lexapro.
I have ambien for sleep also, but I am thinking of
taking the Lexapro after work instead of taking it in
the morning. As for the stomach upsets and headaches
can't say that I have experienced those. The headaches
I know are from coworkers and not the medication LOL.
