which drug should i try next?

I've been on Zoloft (100 - 200mg) for about 3 years. At first it worked great, but for the last 8 months it's stopped working.
For the past month I have been augmenting the Zoloft with Lithuim (starting at 300mg, last two weeks at 900mg). I haven't noticed any improvement in my mood, but have experienced some side effects (blurred vision, lethargy, feeling numb). I am not overly bothered by the side effects, but I have developed an allergic rash.
My pdoc seems to think I am allergic to the extended release component, and wants me to continue the Lithium, but I don't think it's helping.
What should I try next? Another drug to augment the zoloft, or a totally different anti depressant?
Several years ago I tried Wellbutrin (allergic rash), Effexor (hand tremors), Paxil (didn't help at all), Celexa (great at first, but quickly didn't work), and Prozac (didn't take long enough).
Any suggestions?
