Lamitcal..when is the best time of day to take it

I am just starting to take Lamitcal to augment 80 mg of Parnate.

I am up to 1 tablet, twice a day, and I am not sure when I should take it them.

When I get to the 1 tablet, 4 times daily, I really don't know how to split the time in between doses.

These are 25 mg tablets.

Any advice?
