On lots of meds and so sick of it....wanna quit

Heres the list...Topamax, Gabitril, Abilify, Prozac, Xanax.I also have to take Prevacid now because my stomach is a mess!!!! I just don't know I am anxious, agitated, angry, panicky. I threw a chair put holes in the walls, don't want anything to do with anyone! Any suggestions, i see pdoc tomorrow, but I'm afraid he's going to put me in the hospital. This is not my character...well maybe unmedicated but when I'm on meds I'm not usually like this. Abilify and Gabitril are new to the mix.
Please someone help me! I'm loosing what little mind I have left!
