I am sorry I do not have an answer to your questions but will be very interested in the feedback you get.

I was also on Remeron over a year and a half ago. I really can't remember. I did get a good response but the weight gain, 60 lbs. was unbearable for me because I have serious back problems and it was putting a strain on it.

I got a good response with Remeron but noticed that, although, it helped with my insomina, that was short lived.

My question to you is this - have you heard that re-introducing a med that you had used prior and would like to try again, that you do not get the same response from that med? I have been told that but do not know if it is true.

I have tried everything to get this weight off and it seems like I am stuck with it. So I would like to try it again, and be overweight and not depressed.

Sorry to tack on to your thread I just wondered if you knew the answer to my question.
