I probably have been using it for several years - just about daily, actually. I do like it for the sinus stuff and I starting taking it after I decafed myself several years ago. Like I said before, S/E profile great for me. The most I've used per day is maybe 60 mgs. Now 15-30 per day. I honestly think it's really unrated and I can find nothing to contraindicate in lieu of a drug interaction (MAOI's) or doggy heart/circulatory problems. Good Luck, I know how it is to have the "half awake" syndrome.
