> Hello,
> I have been trying various drugs over the past couple of years to treat my social phobia(SSRI's and betablockers)so far with zero success. I have just started on moclobemide hoping against hope that this will be the one. What I am wondering is if i do have success with drug therapy, WHAT IS SUCCESS?? what happens if i find the right drug?
> I would really love some feedback from anyone who has treated SP with drugs, just to know what it would be like. Apologies for rambling this is my first time in a chat room. (if that's what this is).Hi--This is a bulletin board, and the best one I've read and posted at.
Yes, I have a long history of social phobia and depression. BUSPAR has been a life saver. It allows me to work a very social job w/ zero anxiety and very very few side effects. I take 15mg 2 or 3X a day. Give it a go if you can.
