Not at those dosages..at least not very likely, but some people are very susceptible to serotonin syndrome, and experience mild symptoms after ingesting low doses of ONE SSRI. Don't do anything without telling your doc.

For what it's worth, At one point I took a combo of effexor (175mg?) and 40mg of Prozac (as prescribed by my Dr.)

I would be more cautious, however, when using a potent SSRI like celexa. Most cases of serotonin syndrome involve a combination of a SSRI and a MAOI, or any number of meds combined with a TCA. Fortunately, the vast majority of serotonin syndrome cases are mild and considered transient.
