Also, I went running last week and a half hour later my body was shaking (the first two weeks of taking Lexapro my teeth were chattering). Is this too long a ramp-up time? What are your experiences? Any suggestions?

I switched from Zoloft to Lex and for the first two weeks I was fine. I upped it to 20 mg for abaout 2 1/2 weeks and my anxiety/panic attacks did not subside. Even took Xanax and that didn't really help. I switched back to Zoloft about 1 1/2 weeks ago and just increased it to 150 a couple days ago. I still get nervousness and will take a Xanax to help. I was not like this until I switched to Lex and now I guess it will take time for Zoloft to kick back in. I am trying to be patient but it is hard. Doc told me to check back in a couple weeks to see how I am feeling. I just hope it kicks in soon! It's an aweful feeling! Good luck!
