thanks daizy,its not lecturing i know!its advice and im grateful for it.yeah i do know myself its just a qiuck fix,picks me up if im down but long term it probably wrecks your head.i really am going to try and stop doing them now.the thing is i just dont know wheteher or not to keep taking efexor or not cos of the side effects.
