Check out this website

I have been on this board for almost three years now, and have never found a supplement so helpful.About two months ago I was taking 1200mg Lithium and 10 mg of Celexa.
I was lowering the Lithium and wanted to add something else for neuroprotection. It started out at just 400 IU per day, and I was noticing I was feeling better after the Vit E dose.
I am now taking 1600 IU and things have been changing *dramatically*. I want to be cautious and scientific about this because I have been duped by the placebo effect before.
To make a long story short I am taking only 5 mg of Celexa, and no lithium at present.I feel more normal than I have in 3 years.
This is a high dose of Vitamin E. But this much has been shown to dramatically cut interleuken-6 and other autoinflamitory responces.
I am being methodical about this, and will keep you posted.
