Thanks a lot guys for your suggestions. Right after I posted lastnight I started doing some research and found what was/is occuring sounds like orthostatic hypotension.What's odd though is that it's just now starting after 5 weeks, 3 of those weeks being on 60mg. Since the fainting started happening, about 3 days (June 1) ago I immediately went down to 45mg and have been since.
I was aware that a side-effect would be maybe some dizziness when standing up quickly. So I've always made sure to get up slowing, sit for a few seconds, then stand up slow and steady. This passing out on the floor is ridiculous. I'm going to see a doctor tomorrow.
