Hi all --
I've been on Effexor XR for 10+ days, last 2 on 75 mgs. ... not doing much yet except side effects. My doc gave me Periactin (generic: cyproheptadine ) to counter the anorgasmia(?sp?). Directions: 4 mg pills, 1-4 pills about an
hour before.Question(s): Has anyone ever used it, was it successful? I'd be interested especially in women, but any and all input is appreciated.
Also does it increase your appetite and hence you gain weight? I have read about this in past years on this board, and other web sites, etc.
