Hey you,

Where's the wise post about avoiding alcohol to me over on PSB? ; )

Yeah I know everything I take is basically contraindicated with alcohol but last night I wanted/needed something numbing and every other trick up my sleeve was coming up short. (meditation, prayer, yoga, journaling, breathwork, all that helpful stuff that wasn't even scratching the surface yesterday)

Could use a helpful kick in the tush with this kind of wisdom you're doling out here.
