Well, at one point a few months ago I was on all 3, but I was tapering off Effexor (300mg) at the same time as starting Paxil. I've been taking trazodone for 2 years at night for sleep. Out of the 3, the only one that's helped me at all is trazodone, but don't let that discourage you. It sounds like things are going well for you so far.
I didn't really have any bad side effects with any of them - oh yeah, except sweating severely at night on Effexor. That really sucked!
