What type of benzos are most of you taking? Thanks

What time of day and which of the benzos are people taking? I had never taken one before this past week and find that Klonopin helps "settle me down." Helps with my anxiety level. I also take Strattera (Adult ADD) and Trileptal 300 mg bid, and 25 mg of Seroquel (not sure why). Aren't there problems with Bipolar II individuals and some of the antidepressants? Still learning about all of this.
