Which is worse is subjective. Loss of sex drive or having sex drive and inability to achieve orgasm. Perhaps the second would be more frustrting. Being with the right partner is what's worked for me, and I've gone many, long years without. That, and erotic literature (or whatever turns you on), and perhaps a visit (with or without partner) to a local sex shop, or purchase of vibrator ... We have a feminist sex shop where I live, which feels more like a spiritual book store than a place that is lurid or obscene. Talk with your partner. Be brave. Be adventureous!
