What do you need it for? If you need it for a legitimate reason, then research the pros and cons of the med (you can start by using the web, including this website) and find a respectable psychiatrist to prescribe it for you.
Even if you were to find a source of Provigil with out prescription, you run the risk of getting a contaminated and inferior product, and you would just be exposing yourself to unreasonable harm.
Go to your general Doc if you have to.
For what it's worth (and Im not judging you) there is no euphoria or "high" associated with Provigil (if that's why you want the drug)I would compare it to caffeine (with out the sense of wellbeing that often accompanies caffeine)
