Really need advice

Ok guys, I really need some advice, I have really gone down hill recently.....I feel like dying, i hate myself and i am pretty sure everyone hates me as well.
The thing is my doc prescibed me Celexa, which I took for a while, but stopped because of weight gain. before that i took prozac.
the thing is i have a whole 2 prescriptions worth left of celexa.................should I just take them again, like double up on them to get them to work sooner ? I can't get to the doc,as it is Canada day weekend here. i really need to get some peace from how I feel
