well, except lexapro is the only med i have taken, ... ...
... ... but i took 10mg march 6 and then took myself down to 5mg the next day and did that for a month before i went back to 10mg ... in hindsight, i think this makes a lot of sense ... ... i would recommend everyone start out gradually on lexapro .... although some do fine without such cautioni have had a very positive experience with lex ... ... i have posted a lot of the details in the big lex thread above .... .... it begins at
