I think you should push it up to 60mg, leave it there for 4 weeks and then see what happens. 30mg is preety week, but it might work for you- you can always go back down if need be.
A bit of agitation, may be just a s/effect (it's listed as a possible one). Unless this gets very bad, I'd let it be. It really should pass. Or use Valium PRN. Also at a higher dose I can't see you getting these- due to the way Nardil effects GABA- the 'calm' neurotransmitter.
Remember, one has to achieve 80% inhibition for full effects with Nardil. Although this usually translates to a 45-60mg dose, for some people it doesn't.
