What the heck happened???? Yesterday was the most terrifying day of my life!!! I dissociated completely after an argument with my ex. I went shut down so far that all I could do was look through my eyes like they were windows. My family almost called an ambulence. Later in the day things suddenly seemed unreal....like I was in one of my bad dreams. I almost rammed my car into another car just to see what would happen. I then went to a plant nursery and the wind began to pick up while I was standing by some trees. I have a repetitive dream of a man with a knife chasing me........well, I couldn't tell if I was in a dream or if things were real......and I thought he was there on the other side of some trees ready to jump out at me and I had a total flashback of some sort. I started shaking, losing my breath, legs got weak, almost started screaming, almost fainted, etc. It took my husband who met me there to hold my hand to bring me back to earth. Then all was well as if nothing had ever went wrong after a short while. I felt like a nutcase. What the heck happened to me??? This is NOT NORMAL in the least. It scared me to death. Why did this happen? This was hard to share.
