hi katia, I was on Seroquel for about 3 years. About tolerance............ for me, this is just me, I started out at 25mg and at the end of 3 years I was at 400mg both at night, which absolutely stopped working. This was the reason I had to discontinue it.
Just saw your post and wanted to put my two cents in. Please let me know if you have anymore questions-would like to help if I can.

We're doing a mood chart for four weeks and my new pdoc put me on 1/4 of 25mg of Seroquel (6.25) for sleep. it's definitely helping with the sleep, but I feel even more irritable. Maybe my mood is not related to the Seroquel, but it is helping me sleep. I feel I need to take more now tho' over the course of three weeks - like 9mg for sleep. I'm wondering about tolerance with this.
