I began taking lithium briefly, then switched to topamax. I have had diarrhea for 13 months now. When I tell my psychiatrist, he laughs and says, "What, do you have malaria?" For about 3 days now I have stopped taking the topamax to see if it would stop, but it hasn't. Maybe I need more time, I don't know. Has anyone else had this problem?
