Gal-
Not working too much right now, I'm sort of easing back into it - I'm trying really hard not to put too much on my plate because it always sets me back. If my personal life was better I could handle more work for sure, but my husband is real busy divorcing me after 20 years so he can be with his girlfriend so now I have to deal with all THAT crap, man it just never ends. But my therapist tells me I'm handling it better than most (normal) people do, imagine that.Anyway, I better say something about medication so we don't get moved to another board, that just confuses me. I had a very hard time working through the medication trials - Depakote, Prozac, Wellbutrin - and while I was still adjusting to the Seroquel, wading through the brain fog and being SO tired, just making it to work was an enormous effort. I remember sitting in my car every morning looking at the door into the building, wondering how in the hell I was going to drag myself through another day.
Okay, that's behind me...right now I have a weekend job & do PRN work for a couple of orthopedic doctors. I'm sort of gauging myself at this work to see how I hold up - the doc I work for on Saturdays, he knows about me and doesn't get upset if I screw up once in awhile - in fact he can tell I'm improving & I know he's glad for me, he's a really nice guy.
Alright back to the vitamins. Here's everything you get in your daily 6 pills...wait, need to clean glasses...okay now I can see teeny writing.
Vitamin A 12,500 IU, 64% Beta Carotene
Vitamin C with Rose Hips = 1,120 mg
Vitamin D 800 IU
Vitamin E 1,030 IU
Thiamin 103 mg
Riboflavin 102 mg
Niacin 120 mg
Vitamin B6 105 mg
Folic Acid 800 mcg
Vitamin B12 106 mcg
Biotin 145 mcg
Pantothenic Acid 110 mg
Calcium 850 mg
Iron 8 mg
Phosphorus 150 mg
Iodine 150 mcg
Magnesium 125 mg
Zinc 15 mg
Selenium 100 mcg
Copper 3 mg
Manganese 3 mg
Chromium 100 mcg
Molybdenum 50 mcg
Potassium 10 mgHmmmm, kind of a weak finish for such a great start...I didn't notice how lame the potassium was until right now, so I'm glad you asked! I need the stuff too, I've got high blood pressure.
Anyway, the Propel sounds good, only 10 calories and you like the taste? I can't abide most things with artificial sweetener, although they're getting better with taste all the time. Remember
Tab soda?? Gag me with a spoon. I don't care much for soda anyway, I'm a coffee hound...just another reason why I need all that water. I'll keep an eye out for the Propel & I better get some potassium too! No problem, love bananas.
