This is a truly personal decision. But, I have read several posts by people who have stopped taking effective drugs and then relapsed and been unable to find anyhting that they can respond to including their former drug or combo.

Boredom is not something you should expect to be cured by drugs. If you are bored you should figure out what is boring you and make a change. Job? Hobbies or lack thereof? etc.
I am confused by the rest of your post. You say the drugs make you feel "great" but then you say you are not happy.
