Henry O,
I read some of your posts from about a year ago praising risperdal in combo with some other AD's. I am currently on 300mg Effexor and getting a good but not complete response. Would you recommend augmentation with Lamictal or Risperdal? I have depression with a strong anxiety/irritability component.
