HOW IS REMERON DIFFERENT TO OTHERS

Hi just another post about remeron but i want to know what the differences are between this med and others.. i r ead that this med is the only kind that dont cause seritonin syndrome, sexual dysfuncion and weightloss.. BUT apparently it can make some people get phsycosis ???? any input?
