It's hard to find any statement that delineates whether people gain tolerance to it, if it causes retrograde anmesia like the benzo's. I know it can cause sedation but should be less than neurontin. Anyone have any information on this drug and it's release in Canada or the US. An application for it's approval is being put into the FDA in fall of this year, how long would it usually take to be approved. I emailed a prominent researcher who told me he had seen "amazing things with pregabalin and anxiety states".

Can you refresh my memory?Hi I wasn't sure either once you asked so I looked this up online, retrograde amnesia is amnesia occuring before a certain point in time, anterograde amnesia is amnesia the comes after a trauma, or in this case exposure to drug, (clonazepam). Clonazepam is cited as causing anterograde amnesia I believe, so it causes memory deficits in information aquired directly after the pill is taken. It also makes cognition fuzzy and causes fatigue - a real triumph oh well, they're coming out with so many new compounds in the near future, lots of reason to hope.

For extreme anxiety I originally moved the dosage up to 90mg and got very depressed, I find taking 30 mg for two days then 45mg every third has worked so far, (just started this about four days ago).
