I have interpreted it to be RLS (Restless Leg Syndrome) exacerbated by Lexapro. I have experienced RLS on and off since my first pregnancy, but never nightly like this. Is skin crawl feeling mostly in your legs and mostly while you are sitting or laying down? If so, it probably is drug-induced RLS. What helps me is stretching, walking around, taking muscle relaxants or valium, occasionally.

Hi there, I had the restless leg thing also. The worst was at night when trying to sleep. It took months for this to be tolerable for me. Xanax helped a lot!!!!!!! I still get it sometimes but this is probably because of some anxiety or to many sodas!!! But Its nothing like it was and I sleep better than I have my whole life. TAKE CARE!!!!
