Micheke, Well, I went back to a quarter of a pill on Thursday-Sunday and I had a great weekend. The getaway weekend with my friends went well and I felt fine. Now it’s time to get back to work. I was going to stop it totally again today, but I am not. What I am going to do is to take less than a quarter of a pill for a while. I take a quarter of a pill (5mg) then slice bits of it off with a knife. I will do this for a week or so before I try to stop all together. I decided to do that because I was thinking that I was in for another miserable week and I was dreading it. Maybe this will work out better. How are you doing? You have been off it totally for a while now, right? How many days?

Rich
